Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all subscriptions to Forever Chat, operated by Legacy chat - Echoes of You ("we", "us").

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions and to renewal payments.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@legacychat.live and we will help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the money to appear.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; your legacy stays fully unlocked until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that it becomes read-only, and if you do not resubscribe within 30 days your legacy content is permanently deleted, as described in our Terms.

Free trial

New legacies start with a free 1-month trial and no card is required, so no charge is made and no refund is needed if you decide not to continue.
